Consulting
Clinical clarity for the cases that do not follow a clean script.
Independent clinical review, documentation analysis, and behavioral health consultation for attorneys, treatment programs, and organizations navigating complex records, clinical questions, and risk.

Behavioral health records are supposed to tell a clear clinical story.
But sometimes the story is fragmented.
Documentation may be inconsistent. Important clinical decisions may be difficult to follow. Risk may not be clearly addressed. Treatment plans, progress notes, discharge records, and interdisciplinary documentation may not fully align.
I provide independent clinical review to help identify what the record supports, what may be missing, where inconsistencies exist, and what warrants closer attention.
The goal is not to create a narrative.
It is to understand the one already documented.

Corrective-action support, audit tools, templates, staff training, and ongoing QA consultation.I review records through both a clinical and systems-based lens, with particular attention to how treatment decisions, risk, continuity of care, and clinical processes are reflected in the documentation.
The focus is clarity: what happened, what is supported, what is unclear, and what may warrant further review.

I work with attorneys, law firms, behavioral health organizations, substance-use treatment programs, quality and compliance teams, and other professionals seeking an independent clinical perspective.
My background in addiction treatment, behavioral health operations, clinical supervision, documentation, case management, and complex care allows me to evaluate records with attention to both the clinical details and the larger system surrounding them.
For legal professionals, I can help clarify behavioral health terminology, treatment practices, levels of care, documentation patterns, continuity-of-care issues, and areas of the record that may warrant further clinical investigation.
Because even when the record goes off script, the details still matter.
